Registration Process for Online Congress

To gain access to the online congress venue you have to pay the registration fee – that applies both to presenters and non-presenters. Initial registration and payment of congress fee are paid through IIPF´s online payment platform. The platform for the online congress is provided by Hopin.

Access to the 2020 online congress is a two-step process that has to be completed by all participants, presenters as well as non-presenters, members and non-members.

  1. Pay the registration fee
  2. Entrance tickets will be e-mailed soon after the deadline for payment of the conference fee. You will be asked to validate your entrance ticket by creating a Hopin user account for the online congress at a later point (end of July/early August).

You will receive an automatic payment confirmation by e-mail after having completed the payment process. The Local Organization will receive a copy of this confirmation to use for ticketing.

The IIPF collects the Registration Fee on behalf of the Local Organization of the online congress (University of Iceland in Reykjavik). The registration fees cover the software and staffing costs.

Please note! It is important that you use the same e-mail address for congress fee payments as to be used to validate your Hopin congress ticket!
